We’re looking for an experienced AI Platform Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise AI platforms. You will work with technologies such as Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Agentic AI, shaping secure, scalable, and reliable AI solutions across enterprise environments.

The project focuses on building and evolving enterprise AI platforms, enabling organizations to adopt advanced AI capabilities while maintaining high standards of security, governance, and reliability. You will play a key role in defining the architecture and operating model for AI services, developing enterprise integrations, and supporting the adoption of Agentic AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Own the technical architecture and design of enterprise AI platforms and services

• Define platform security, compliance, governance, and integration standards

• Establish scalable and reliable AI operating models for business-critical environments

• Design and implement secure integrations between AI platforms and internal or external systems using APIs

• Drive the adoption of enterprise AI capabilities while ensuring compliance with architectural standards and best practices

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align AI platform capabilities with organizational goals

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise AI services and integrations

• Monitor platform performance, availability, reliability, and operational effectiveness

• Support AI Operations (AIOps), platform governance, and optimization initiatives

• Contribute to automation, deployment, monitoring, and incident management processes

Must-have Requirements:

• Several years of experience in IT, with significant exposure to enterprise platforms and architecture

• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operating enterprise AI solutions

• Experience with Anthropic Claude Enterprise Platform Engineering

• Strong understanding of enterprise AI architecture and operations

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Agentic AI solutions

• Knowledge of AI Operations (AIOps)

• Experience with enterprise API and integration engineering

• Understanding of platform security, governance, and compliance

• Experience with cloud-based AI solutions

• Knowledge of platform reliability engineering

• Experience working in regulated or enterprise-scale environments

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken

Nice to have Requirements:

• Experience working with multi-vendor AI environments

• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices

• Experience with DevOps, MLOps, or Platform Engineering methodologies

• Relevant cloud certifications, preferably Microsoft Azure
