We’re looking for an experienced Technical Consultant at Architect level to support an enterprise transformation initiative. You will assess complex IT landscapes, business applications, integrations, and data flows, translating technical findings into actionable architectural recommendations and transformation plans.

The project focuses on assessing an existing enterprise IT environment to establish a fact-based understanding of its applications, technical dependencies, integrations, and modernization opportunities. You will help evaluate solution alternatives, identify risks, and provide technical input for cost estimations and transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the existing enterprise IT landscape, business applications, and technical architecture

• Identify system dependencies, technical complexity, risks, and modernization opportunities

• Analyze system integrations, interfaces, and data flows across applications

• Evaluate solution alternatives and recommend suitable architectural approaches

• Document assessment findings and develop actionable technical recommendations

• Provide technical input for effort estimations, cost calculations, and transformation planning

• Contribute to the development of transformation roadmaps

• Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate complex technical findings in a clear, structured manner

Must-have Requirements:

• Proven experience in Solution Architecture within complex enterprise IT environments

• Experience assessing enterprise IT landscapes, business applications, and technical dependencies

• Experience with application assessment and modernization initiatives

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics environments

• Experience analyzing system integrations, interfaces, and data flows

• Experience with Databricks

• Strong understanding of architectural complexity, technical risks, and system dependencies

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills

• Ability to translate technical findings into practical recommendations for business and technical stakeholders

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher

Nice to have Requirements:

• Experience with large-scale IT transformation and modernization programs

• Experience conducting enterprise IT landscape assessments

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics implementations or assessments

• Experience delivering Databricks-based solutions

• Experience in Operational Technology (OT) environments

• Experience in the EIS business domain
